Apollo Community Day Program (ACDP) is a 100% community-based program that provides innovative, person-centered services designed to support individuals in building meaningful and fulfilling lives. Our approach focuses on community integration, personal growth, and employment as an important pathway to independence and quality of life.
At Apollo CDP, each individual is at the center of all planning and decision-making. We work closely with participants to understand their strengths, interests, and goals, and tailor services that support their personal aspirations. Through person-centered planning, individuals are empowered to explore their passions, develop new skills, and participate actively in their communities.
Our program promotes independence, dignity, and self-determination by offering meaningful choices in activities, supports, and daily experiences. When individuals are not engaged in employment, we provide a wide range of social, recreational, educational, and skill-building opportunities to support a balanced and enriching lifestyle.
