The property has (42) parking spaces to accommodate vehicles for the program, employees, and visitors. One (1) space at the entrance of the parking lot is reserved for the “Employee of the Month”. The outdoor space provides plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities i.e. sports, exercises, and gardening – growing vegetables and flowers in the surrounding area.
The facility is equipped with newly installed centralized HVAC system with HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air) filtration which purifies and filtrates up to 99.7% of all contaminants like dust, viruses, pollen, mold, etc. that helps in the mitigation of infection control. The facility has ten (10) toilets complete with wash basins and personal care rooms designed in strict compliance with the required city and fire safety codes. The entire facility has five (5) designated fire exits, a sprinklers system and (2) approved fire extinguishers that is renewed yearly. The administrative office is complete with computerized work stations and spaces for meetings and conferences.
