Our facility is located at 888 South Capitol Ave. San Jose, CA 95127 and constructed on a 5,969 square feet of building space sitting on a 1.03-acre lot.
AADP is licensed to accommodate up to 150 individuals, including 25 (non-ambulatory) individuals who require the usage of assistive devices such as a wheelchair. It is a gated facility that requires a code for entry, but can be set to remain open throughout the duration of the day.
The program facility is situated close to Capitol Expressway in the east side of San Jose. The neighborhood that the program facility is settled in is in a safe, residential area where it is surrounded by three (3) local places of worship: a Buddhist temple, Evangelical church and a Christian chapel. It is in close proximity to other amenities such as Eastridge Mall, Lake Cunningham Park and recreation, Chase bank, restaurants/fast-food chains, elementary schools, Home Depot, and other retail stores.
Recreational parks, museums, schools and other that partnered with our program are within driving distance from the facility.
